The [Plug-In] is part of the

Overview of Features
The challenge with sending video greetings by e-mail is to keep the size of the data you are sending small and the related online costs of the recipient low.
The videos' high compression rate (80 MB avi equals approx. 300 KB of video mail) is mainly achieved by means of modern compression codecs like the "Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V3," the "Windows Media Audio V2," or the "MPEG Audio Layer 3 Codec."
In combination with a webcam and a microphone, the Webcam plugin makes it possible to:
Video e-mails
record videos and send them by e-mail
Photo e-mails
take pictures and send them by e-mail
Voice e-mails
record voice messages and send them by e-mail
Charging for Media E-Mails
When used in combination with the Payment Module, the Webcam plugin also allows you to put a charge for sending multimedia messages from your terminals. You will find the settings for this option under Payment Devices / Service Rates.
