Modo Administratión para Personal de Servicio

The main benefit of this function is that it provides you with an overview of the amount of money in your automats and when they need to be emptied.

General Settings

    Activate Payment Module Admin Dialog
Tick the checkbox to enable the administration dialog and its functions.
The administraion dialog is now available in the Exit Dialog of SiteKiosk.

The following options let you define what functions you want to make available to your service staff.

    Send sales report
Automatically sends an e-mail to the address stated here containing the sales since the last closeout. Please make sure you have defined the correct E-Mail settings.

    Add credit to current session
Allows your staff to credit a specific amount to the surfing account in order to, for example, make sure the terminal is working properly. This amount will not be added to the turnover and does therefore not affect the sales figues.

    Caution!
This function might provide a possibility for your staff to misuse the system. Thus, if you do not trust your staff enough, leave this function disabled.
You should also not use this function together with SiteCafe. Please use the manual inpayment option of the SiteCafe manager instead.

Reset account to zero (Empty Money Deposit)
Allows your staff to do a closeout on emptying the automat and to reset the account to zero. This automatically sends an E-Mail if "Send sales report" is activated. Please make sure you have defined the correct E-Mail settings.

E-Mail Settings

    Recipient's address
Define the e-mail address here to which you want sales reports or automatic notifications to be sent. For sending the e-mail, the settings of the section E-Mail apply. Note that the option "Allow Integrated E-Mail Functions" needs to be activated on the E-Mail options page.

    Edit E-Mail Template
Here you can edit the default e-mail template provided by SiteKiosk to your individual needs. In order to do so, click on the button "E-Mail template".

    Computer name: $(computername)
    Date: $(date)
    Last sales cut: $(lastresetdate)

    $(status)

The volume of sales accumulated since last emptying of the
terminal (sales cut) amounts to: $(sales)
    Number of transactions: $(transactions)
No guarantee of data-correctness can be given.

    -----------------------------------------------------------
Sales per device (not relevant with "-" values):
    $(begindevice)
    Device: $(devicename)
    Amount: $(deviceamount)
    Transactions: $(devicetransactions)

    -----------------------------------------------------------
    $(enddevice)

    Best regards,

    Your SiteKiosk-Terminal

Please make sure your individual template also contains the following variables:

    $(computername)
Shows the computer name of the terminal registered with the system

    $(date)
Provides date and time of the closeout.

    $(lastresetdate)
Provides date and time of the last closeout.

    $(status)
Shows the status of the transmission (automatic/manual/closeout).

    $(sales)
Shows the accumulated sales since the last reset (closeout), i.e. the amount displayed here should also exist in the automat or should have existed when the automat was emptied.

    $(transactions)
Shows the total number of transactions of all devices since the last reset (closeout). If, for example, a coin acceptor is connected to the terminal, every inserted coin will be counted as a transaction.

    $(devicetransactions) & $(devicename)
Shows the number of transactions ($(devicetransactions)) for the most frequently used device ($(devicename)) since the last reset. If, for example, a coin acceptor is connected to the terminal, every inserted coin will be counted as a transaction. You can also define a certain number of transactions on reaching of which an E-Mail notification will automatically be transmitted.

    $(deviceamount) & $(devicename)
Shows the accumulated turnover ($(deviceamount)) for the most frequently used device ($(devicename)) since the last reset. If, for example, a coin acceptor is connected to the terminal, every inserted coin will be counted as a transaction. You can define a specific threshold value for the sales numbers at which you want your terminal to transmit an E-Mail notification.

    $(begindevice) & $(enddevice)
Separates payment devices, if the list contains more than one.

Automatic Notification

The option can only be activated by manually editing the SiteKiosk configuration file.
This function allows you to define when you want a terminal to send you an automatic e-mail notification.
For instance, if you know that your terminal will be next to full when it reaches a turnover of X or a transaction amount of Y, an e-mail notification will remind you of the fact that your terminal will need to be emptied shortly.

In case you want to use this option please open your SiteKiosk configuration file with an editor (e.g. Notepad) and look for the following lines:
    <auto-notification>false</auto-notification>
    <notification-threshold>0</notification-threshold>
    <auto-notification-perdevice>false</auto-notification-perdevice>
    <notification-threshold-perdevice>0</notification-threshold-perdevice>
    <notification-Transactions>0</notification-Transactions>
    <notification-Transactions-perdevice>0</notification-Transactions-perdevice>

auto-notification must be true to activate the threshold values for the sales numbers and transactions at which you want the terminal to generate an automatic e-mail notification. The values you define here will apply to all payment devices.
notification-threshold sets the threshold value for the sales numbers at which you want the terminal to generate an automatic e-mail notification. The value you define here will apply to all payment devices.
auto-notification-perdevice must be true to enable the threshold values for the sales numbers and transactions at which an e-mail notification is to be generated. The values will apply to one individual device only, which means that you will receive one e-mail notification from payment device A and another one from payment device B as soon as they individually reach the threshold value.
notification-threshold-perdevice define the threshold value for the sales numbers at which an e-mail notification is to be generated. The value will apply to one individual device only, which means that you will receive one e-mail notification from payment device A and another one from payment device B as soon as they individually reach the threshold value.
notification-Transactions sets the threshold value for the transactions at which you want the terminal to generate an automatic e-mail notification. The value you define here will apply to all payment devices.
notification-Transactions-perdevice defines the threshold value for the transactions at which an e-mail notification is to be generated. The value will apply to one individual device only, which means that you will receive one e-mail notification from payment device A and another one from payment device B as soon as they individually reach the threshold value.

The automatically generated e-mail will tell you which payment device initiated the e-mail transmission.
